The Continental Pageants Europe® is operated by a company registered in Hungary, European Union.

All services provided through this platform are part of a curated international program and are not classified as a public local event.

Participation, tickets, and related services are organized under EU regulations and processed in accordance with the EU VAT OSS (One Stop Shop) system.

Support packages & voting (VAT)

• Support packages (voting functionality) are offered as paid digital services.
• Each support package provides a fixed number of votes that are added to a contestant's total after successful payment.
• VAT is applied in accordance with EU VAT OSS regulations where applicable, depending on the customer's location.
• For non-EU customers, VAT treatment may differ according to applicable tax rules.

Event activities may take place in various international locations, including Italy,
however, all operations, agreements, and transactions are governed by EU law.

Access to the program is subject to selection, approval, and individual agreement.
