The Continental Pageants Europe® operates as a curated international platform with limited participation and personalized services.
By confirming participation, purchasing tickets, or securing any role within the program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Participation Fees
All participation payments are non-refundable, as they secure your place within a limited and curated program and initiate preparation, planning, and resource allocation.
In exceptional cases, requests may be reviewed individually, however refunds are not guaranteed.
2. Ticket Purchases (Grand Final Gala)
All ticket purchases are non-refundable, as seats are limited and reserved specifically for each guest.
Tickets may be transferred to another person upon request and approval by the organizing team.
3. Event Changes
The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program, schedule, or venue if required.
Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond the organizer's control (including but not limited to travel restrictions, government regulations, or unforeseen disruptions), the organizer may reschedule or adjust the format of the program.
Refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.
5. Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, documentation, and personal readiness to attend the program.
Failure to attend does not entitle the participant to a refund.
6. Individual Agreements
Certain services, roles, or packages may be governed by additional individual agreements.
In such cases, those terms will prevail.
