The Organizer operates under Hungarian and European Union law.

All VAT obligations for cross-border sales within the EU are fulfilled through the One Stop Shop (OSS) system in accordance with EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC.

2. Scope of Agreement

This Public Offer governs:

• Participation in Competition Week (June 2–5, 2026)
• Purchase of Final Gala tickets (June 5, 2026)
• Voluntary Support Contributions (People’s Choice Program)
• Related digital services via the official website

By submitting an application or completing payment, the User accepts this Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes a distance contract under EU consumer protection law.

3. Event Structure

The event consists of:

3.1 Competition Week (June 2–5, 2026)
Private program for registered contestants only.

3.2 Final Gala (June 5, 2026)
Public event accessible exclusively to ticket holders.

Hotel accommodation does not automatically grant event access.

4. Contestant Participation

Participation requires:

• A separate Contestant Agreement
• Payment of participation fees
• Compliance with event rules

Participation fees are non-refundable except in case of official cancellation by the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to revoke participation for:

• Fraudulent behavior
• Misrepresentation
• Conduct damaging the event’s reputation

5. Ticket Sales & VAT (OSS)

Tickets are sold for the Final Gala on June 5, 2026.

VAT is applied in accordance with EU VAT regulations and processed via the OSS system through Hungary.

By purchasing a ticket, the Buyer agrees:

• Tickets are valid only for June 5, 2026
• Tickets are non-refundable except in case of official event cancellation
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to dated event tickets (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16 (l))

Prices displayed on the website include applicable VAT.

6. Support Contributions (People’s Choice Program)

The People’s Choice Program allows voluntary financial support for contestants.
Support packages represent digital support services.

Important:

• Contributions are voluntary.
• Contributions do not guarantee any title result.
• This program does not constitute gambling or lottery activity.
• Contributions are non-refundable.

The Organizer reserves the right to audit transactions and invalidate fraudulent activity.
VAT for digital services is processed under OSS where applicable.

7. Payment Processing (Stripe)

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

The Organizer:

• Does not store payment card data
• Relies on Stripe fraud detection systems
• Is not responsible for third-party payment processing failures

Users agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks.

8. Accommodation

Hotel reservations are independent agreements between the guest and the hotel.

The Organizer is not liable for:

• Individual booking disputes
• Cancellation penalties
• Guest-related accommodation issues

9. Intellectual Property

The Continental Pageants Europe® is a registered EU trademark (EUIPO).

All branding and materials are protected under EU intellectual property law.

Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is prohibited.

10. Official Communication Channels

The Organizer communicates exclusively through:

• The official website
• Verified social media accounts listed in the footer
• Official email domains

The Organizer is not responsible for unofficial third-party communications.

11. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data is collected for:

• Registration
• Ticket processing
• Communication
• Legal compliance

12. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer shall not be liable for:

• Force majeure
• Government restrictions
• Travel disruptions
• Venue changes beyond control

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by Hungarian law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Hungary.
