Natalia Sisas — Official Participant of The Continental Pageants Europe® 2026

I am Natalia Sisas, 40 years old, a woman in love with numbers, strategy, and the art of being fully alive. I am proud to represent Estonia at The Continental Pageants Europe.

Eight years ago I arrived here with two euros in my pocket and a request for asylum. Estonia gave me far more than shelter: a home, a family, and a professional and creative life I never imagined.

My path in finance began in 2008, with a degree in global economics and statistics and a thesis on tax planning for international business. I have loved that complexity ever since - different rules, different currencies, one shared logic of value.

In Estonia, I had my degree accredited at the European level and continued in financial analytics and compliance. From there I led grant finance management at Estonian NGOs and commercial finance in B2B aviation.

Each chapter built one quiet conviction: my work is to bring order, so that nothing distracts a business from its true purpose: to serve the world and be paid for it, to let its founder stay close to their beloved craft, and to turn well-managed profit into personal capital.

Since 2025 I work as an independent finance advisor for SMEs across the EU. My clients are the kind of people I most admire: they built their businesses out of love, without business school or MBA, often without role models in their circle. They are ready to scale and need order, clarity, automation, and a financial operating system to move forward. They call me a financial mentor, not a consultant, and that is the title I am most proud to carry.

The biggest achievement of my life has been internal. I deeply believe events do not happen TO us - they happen FOR us. Every closed door, every sleepless night was quietly building the woman standing here today. I am endlessly grateful to those who walked this road with me: my parents, my husband, my close friends, my community.

If my story helps even one woman see her hardest moments as her greatest beginnings, my own story will have come full circle. To every woman reading this: you are the Goddess. Love yourself, respect yourself, step into your light - the world is waiting to meet you there.
