My name is Natalia, I am 45 years old, and I am from Tallinn, Estonia. I am a mother of two — my son is 18 and my daughter is 9 — and I have been married for many years.

I am an expert in natural rejuvenation, a facial and energy therapist with over 13 years of experience working with people.

At one point in my life, I started to feel strong energy in my hands — they were almost burning — and I felt a deep desire to work with people in a direct and personal way. That moment changed the direction of my life.

Today, I have created my own methods of facial sculpting and natural rejuvenation. I combine natural manual techniques with energy work to help women not only improve how they look, but also how they feel inside.

I chose the path of natural rejuvenation. I have never had injections or plastic surgery. I take care of my face, body, and energy in a natural way, and this is not just my work — it is my lifestyle. I always felt that being myself was the best choice for my body, my energy, and my health. I didn’t want to become someone else — I learned to be myself.

I am very happy with what I do. I continue to learn, grow, and share my knowledge with women.

I am also a Kundalini energy facilitator, guiding women to awaken their life, feminine energy, and return to themselves.

As a woman with life experience, I understand what it means to raise children, build relationships, and go through periods of tiredness — and how this affects how a woman looks and feels. That is why I believe it is very important to take care of yourself, restore your energy, and stay connected to yourself.

I truly believe that beauty and youth come from within. When a woman chooses herself, takes care of herself, and lives in harmony with who she is, her beauty naturally shines.

My mission is to inspire women to realize that at any age they can feel young, beautiful, and full of energy — by choosing self-love, authenticity, and balance.
