Hi, I’m Tetiana Gorylchana.
I come from Ukraine, but now I live by the sea in beautiful Varna, Bulgaria, with my amazing family.

I’m 33 — a happy mom of two, a businesswoman, a strategist, and someone who’s been lucky enough to support and mentor women from all over the world.

I’ve got three degrees (yes, I like learning!) — in education, project management, and psychology.

Over the years, I’ve built my own interior design business, opened two cozy studios in Kyiv, launched a paint brand, and helped transform countless homes and restaurants into something truly special.
Now, I focus on creating educational platforms that uplift and support women. More than 5,000 incredible women have already gone through my programs.

I also organize women’s conferences backed by the UN and love visiting schools to remind young girls that they are powerful and capable of anything.

I joined this competition not to prove anything — but to celebrate the part of me I once tried to hide. For so long, I felt I had to constantly prove I was strong or smart enough. Now, I just allow myself to be seen — fully, honestly, beautifully. This isn’t just a contest for me — it’s a return to myself. Because beauty isn’t just about looks. It’s about light. It’s about owning your story. And if even one woman sees me and thinks, “If she can do it, maybe I can too,” — then that’s the real win.
