My name is Alla Dagil. I am 37 years old. I am a happy woman. I have a wonderful loving husband and two sons – Damir, who is 6 years old, and Justin, who is 1 year old.

I have been involved in network marketing (MLM) for almost 15 years, and I am currently a co-owner of the 9th level in the Starlife company, which is the number one insurance intermediary in Ukraine.

Since childhood, I have dreamed of building a happy family and a business that will give others the opportunity to develop themselves as successful individuals! I remember earning my first money selling ice cream at the age of 14, and it always reminds me of the taste of first steps and the ability to earn and believe in myself!

I value kindness in others, and I always create an atmosphere of friendship, synergy, and cooperation! I am positive, sensitive and I know how to help others realize their dreams in life! I love to communicate with people about their inner state, feelings, things that inspire them or vice versa, restrain them, I can give wise advice, but only based on my own experience.

By education, I am a lawyer, although I worked as a lawyer for only 9 months. Two important things influenced my decision – a new environment and books. I understood that I dream of working for myself and building a business! And so, at the age of 22, I started my own business.

Now in my team there are more than 300 people, 12 Company Directors in my network, and about 12 offices in different cities of Ukraine, where consultants actively conduct training and presentations on life insurance, medical insurance. I am a trainer. I deal with financial literacy specifically, which can teach a person to save money and provide a happy pension.

The Charity Foundation created by the company Starlife helps a powerful project “Wings”, aimed at Ukraine’s victory in the fierce war. In my business, I became a woman – an example in MLM business: nominations at Congresses, 1st place in sales turnover of life insurance products in Ukraine in 2020 among 250 Company Directors!

I love to travel! Thanks to my business, over the past 7 years I have been to more than 55 countries in the world! I love meditating and experiencing the beauty of nature. This year, I tried skiing for the first time and conquered my fear. I want to try snowboarding next! I dream of visiting India, Niagara Falls, and going on a safari.

I believe that a woman should constantly strive for personal development, which is why I became interested in participating in this famous competition. I want to gain new experiences, become a role model for my family, meet new people, and represent my strong country.
