Greetings to you, dear jury members and guests of the contest!

I, Daria Didkovska, proudly present myself as a Ukrainian entrepreneur with 18 years of business experience. During this period I have not only realized myself in various spheres, but also became an inspiration and mentor for many people.
My path to success:

– Founder of Ukrainian-European Business Hub: an international business platform that brings together entrepreneurs and business leaders to share experience, knowledge and resources. Our mission is to create synergies and mutually beneficial partnerships that promote business development in Ukraine and abroad.

– CEO of agro-exporter Golden Crop Ltd.: we process and export grains, oilseeds and industrial crops, cooperating with more than 1000 partners in Ukraine and worldwide.

– She is the founder of the international women’s ecosystem Best Version Club & Community, which for a long time united women seeking for multifaceted development and self-realization in different spheres of life.

To date, the main impetus for my work has been the real success stories of people who, thanks to my support, were able to change their lives for the better. Behind these words lies not just systematic work, but a whole philosophy based on the belief in the potential of every person, especially women.

Women’s versatility is not just a fashionable word, but a reflection of my life position. I believe that women are capable of many things: being successful businesswomen, caring mothers, loving wives, faithful friends, talented creators and sources of inspiration. That is why I enthusiastically support projects aimed at unlocking women’s potential.

My mission is to inspire others by my example, to share my experience and knowledge, to help women discover their potential and achieve ambitious goals.

In addition to participating in the development of women’s entrepreneurship, I also believe it is important to help those in need.  Over the past few years, I have been supporting various charitable foundations that help orphans, socially disadvantaged people and provide them with opportunities to discover their talents. I am also a partner and support the activities of the School for teenagers “The Future of Ukraine”.

I believe that a successful woman is not only the one who has realized herself professionally, but also the one who lends a helping hand to others.
